Very happy with our experience with Care Fertility Leeds. As NHS patients, we were still treated with respect and kindness, and all the nurses were lovely. The Salve app was a great way to communicate with the team, and they were also available over the phone if we had any concerns or queries. Even though it took us years to actually get a referral, once we were with the Care team, things moved very quickly. Every step of the way things were communicated simply and clearly, with realistic outcomes and possible next steps. If you are an NHS patient and are nervous- don’t be! You are in safe, caring hands.

We had great experience with Care Fertility Leeds. We had IVF and ICSI . I felt welcome at clinic. Treatment worked and now we have little babay girl.

Pushing technology and still using old forms. Communication skills are non existent, too many people to liaise with… everyone has a different answer. Poor patient care… very disappointing 😞

Amazing staff, very pleasant and calm environment. They treat you with such high respect and dignity which makes the whole process so much easier. I would highly recommend to anyone needing any form of fertility treatment or care.

“Care Fertility Leeds Made Our Journey Comfortable and Successful”

Care Fertility Leeds, were very good in our experience from our first introduction right through to what was our successful outcome. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Each step of the process we were involved in over a period of time we were made to feel at ease, with great communication, wether it was face to face on site, phone calls, emails or online discussions. We found this invaluable.

We would certainly recommend Care Fertility to anyone else who faces the same situation.

Our journey with Care fertility Leeds was amazing. We felt as though we were in safe hands right from the very first zoom call with the consultant Mr Rutherford. All of the staff were really friendly amd helpful and always there if you needed to ask any questions. Although we were NHS referrals we were never made to feel less important. Thank you

“Grateful for the Compassionate Care at Care Fertility: A Smooth IVF Journey Leading to Our Beautiful Baby!”

We had a great experience with Care Fertility and would definitely recommend them. I remember the receptionist being so lovely, which felt super important when you’re feeling a bit nervous. Every nurse/doctor/medical professional that we met were kind and considerate and made the whole journey feel easier. Everything was explained to us, it was easy to speak with people when I had questions and we were called when we were told we would be. We were very lucky to have our beautiful baby at the end of our IVF journey and are very grateful to everyone at Care Fertility for helping us build our little family.

“Frustrated by Terrible Service and Deceitful Responses”

The worst service ever. They lie and just act like they are helping you!! Made me wait years with a bunch of excuses and when i tried to chase up they ignored me! Pathetic
