did not feel safe, comftable or looked after at all. Nothing is explained properly and the admin staff are terrible, constantly having to send a follow up email just to get a response.

I could not rate our experience with Care Fertility more highly. We have just completed our first cycle of IVF/ICSI with Care Chester (Cheshire), after having our first fresh embryo transfer this morning.

In our early days communication was a touch difficult with admin as the patient portal was showing that we hadn’t signed forms that we had, so this was giving crossed wires to each party, but after this blip the staff have been nothing short of exceptional whether it be telephone queries, scans, medication advice, and of course egg retrieval and embryo transfer. As a chronic anxiety sufferer, I wasn’t sure how on earth I would get through the egg retrieval due to nerves, but with huge thanks to Dr Wood, nurse Lynda, the brilliant anaesthetist, and lovely embryologist, we did it!!

A very special thanks must go to our nurse Karen Woodcock who created the most peaceful and special environment for our embryo transfer early this morning. Karen was the first person we spoke to when we began our journey, and the last face we saw as we left our transfer appointment. Another special thanks to nurse Rachel for being so wonderful today.

Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the team and we are keeping everything crossed for a successful pregnancy test in a couple of weeks! 🤞🏼🌈

Care Chester have been amazing throughout my IVF journey. Nursing consultant Karen has been my rock throughout and all other nurses that have been in on the days have always been kind and compassionate. Highly recommend

I would recommend this clinic absolutley. Every member of staff i have had contact with whether it be the carepals team, nurses, embrologists, doctors, anethatists, sonographers, they have all been so lovely and reassuring. We fell pregnant on our first round. They always rang back when promised and everything was very clear on the patient portal. You are seen when you need to be and telephoned when you dont need to be physically seen so not too many apts to take off work! I really cant recommend them enough they have made a very stressful and anxious time so much better. Thank you x

My wife and I had a great experience and can’t thank the team enough. Of course there were the inevitable ups and downs through the journey but all the way through the whole team were compassionate, understanding and explained things wonderfully.

From the very first consultation, we felt relaxed and all the options were discussed so we could make the appropriate choices. The whole team are easy to talk to and don’t try to rush you in to a decision.

We can’t thank Dr Sephton and Nurse Cathy enough for all the support they have given us over the last couple of years.

My beautiful baby boy, Arthur arrived earlier this year at the end of February. We spent 10 years trying to complete our family. With thanks to Care fertility Chester we have finally been able to achieve our dreams.
Arthur was the 5th transfer out of 6 embryos. A special thanks to the consultant who amended the way my transfers were planned – this seems to have done the trick! To the wonderful, wonderful nurses and healthcare assistants throughout our journey. From blood tests, to scans, to retrievals, to transfers EVERYONE who cared for me was exceptional and I am so grateful for what you have collectively provided!
