I have lovely experience through out the journey, lovely and very very supportive nurses and doctors. I will definitely recommend this clinic.

My visit was a lovely experience. The environment was so calming and welcoming instantly, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating.

We did our 3rd round of ivf. Shared motherhood, starting at the end of 2022. We’d been through 2 rounds of ivf at another clinic until going to care. The information given from the start and all the care afterwards has been amazing. We were constantly kept in touch with and all questions were answered. I was the one taking the medications, while my wife would carry. When it got to the trigger shot. I missed the time slot! By a whole 24 hours! We were heart broken. But decided that we’d try and see if eggs survived. Some were too mature. Only a few fertilised. And out of those. Only one was viable and looked “beautiful”.
That one embryo has turned into our beautiful daughter! Who was born 5th December 2023. We can’t believe it worked! And we have everyone at care to thank!

The staff here are all so caring and lovely, they took me through a very emotional time in my life when I felt very hopeless. I am leaving this review 9 months postpartum from a pregnancy I owe to Dr Rajkwoka! She helped me conceive with a very thin lining and helped me through all my obstacles. I will be back with them when we try for our second!

I originally came here so I could be treated again by Dr Rajkhowa who is a top expert at what she does. I had heard some mixed reviews about Care Birmingham but can honestly say I have received nothing but 5 star treatment.

Dr Rajkhowa is an expert and knows her stuff. She talked through everything in detail from initial consultation to egg transfer and scans. She is patient, empathetic and sympathetic and just makes you feel cared for in every way, as if you are her only patient.

The nursing staff have been amazing, they are knowledgeable, patient, kind, warm and genuinely make you feel at ease in every way. Nothing is too much trouble. The response to phone calls is quick and again they go out their way to develop the best delivery of the care plan for you. They definitely have patient care in the heart of what they do. Thank you especially to Jade, Dani, lisa and Paige, you all made me feel very cared for.

The front of desk staff are an absolute pleasure and the clinic it self is professional, clean and discreet.

I honestly can’t fault my journey with Care Birmingham. I feel that the clinic medical director (Dr Rajkhowa) leads by example and this is evident in the treatment I have received.

Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful journey so easy and comfortable.

I’ve been with the clinic for over a year, onto my second cycle and ALOT has happened to make our whole journey all the more difficult. But the clinic has been second to none to take care of us and strive for that positive result. Thank you all at Care Birmingham, especially the nurses and Mr Khairy.

Absolutely incredible care right from the off. From the very first contact with Care my wife and I were put at ease. We were talked through every step of the process and felt we could ask any and all questions we had – no matter how stupid mine were! The service – even during Covid times – was outstanding! We could get appointments that suited our work schedule and I was able to go with my wife to all appointments which put us both at ease! The out of hours service was great too, especially in the early stages when we were nervous and unsure.

The staff really make Care what it is. Always friendly, greeting us with smiles and making us feel comfortable at all times. You really all are fantastic, wonderful people.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Care to anyone. Thank you!

Me and my wife find it difficult to put into words how grateful we are to Dr Rajkhowa and her team (Lisa and Danielle and many more). After our struggles in becoming a family over the years, yesterday we finally got to take our baby boy to meet with them all. There were tears of joy and many hugs ! Me and my wife finally have our happy ever after thanks to Care. We will be forever grateful, love Dean, Natalie and Oliver.
