Adora provides a very basic and disappointing service. In such an emotional journey, they lack empathy, compassion and care. Dr Stephanie Si was lovely and always very warm, but that’s the only positive I can say about my time here – I did 1 Egg retrieval, with 1 fresh transfer and 1 frozen transfer.

My first transfer ended in a miscarriage and there was zero support from Adora. I was deeply affected by this and I didn’t get a single phone call to check how I was going. There is a large disconnect between patients and the Nursing team, they treat you like another number to get through. There’s no personal touch.

I’ve moved to Thrive fertility in Epping and so far it’s 10/10 customer service and miles apart from Adora, for the same price! Thrive provides deep compassion and empathy in every interaction, and I’m so happy I made the move, I wish I did it sooner.

I can attest to L C recent review. The admin staff at reception body language and communication of wanting to answer questions and assist is very off putting. Rolling of the eyes even when asking “how are you” is met with weird glare and just a glare no communication.

All staff in Adora Fertility are fantastic and very considerate throughout the process. They were patiently explaining everything and follow up every steps through the journey. We highly recommend and are very grateful!

After reading some of the replies to other reviews, I’ve noticed that Adora often states they could not locate the patient in their system. To avoid receiving a similar response, I want to confirm that I was indeed a patient at your clinic. I would not go to such lengths to write this detailed review if that were not the case.

While I’m genuinely glad that others have had positive experiences at Adora, my personal experience, unfortunately, was a disappointing one. After completing my journey, I was given a survey with an end question asking if I’d like to be contacted to discuss my feedback. I selected “yes,” but no one reached out, so I’m now sharing my experience here.

Adora was initially recommended to us by a friend who had a positive experience with them in the past, and the reasonable pricing was also a factor in our decision. However, after explaining our experience to that same friend, they realised that the clinic is now under entirely new management if not management at least an entirely new health care team from when they used Adora which may explain why our experience was so different from theirs.

I found that the team at Adora lacked empathy, and there was often misinformation provided throughout the process. IVF is an emotionally vulnerable journey, and not receiving warmth, compassion, or consistent care from the healthcare team and reception staff made it even harder.

To be fair, Dr Stephanie Sii, Nurse Taylah/Taylor, and a few reception staff members were kind and professional. However, the rest of the healthcare team and some other reception staff showed little to no empathy. One particularly unsettling moment was during my egg collection and embryo transfer when I sensed visible frustration from the doctor performing the procedures—later learning this doctor was the Clinical Director of Adora VIC.

Interactions with some of the nurses were also challenging, as they often seemed frustrated when I asked simple questions, both in person and over email. I left the clinic feeling unsettled after major procedures, largely due to the body language and communication style of the healthcare team.

In summary, regardless of the outcome of my IVF journey, I personally would not recommend Adora Fertility.

The team were absolutely amazing from start to finish of our journey. Quick responses, supportive & accomodating for an anxious mumma when we were successful. Very informative & made a stressful process as comfortable as possible throughout all steps.

Adora fertility have been nothing shy of amazing for our family. Dr Stephanie took great care of us and the nurses were so helpful and so quick to answer any questions along the way. We were lucky to fall pregnant on our first transfer and we are so grateful for everyone at Adora for making our dreams come true!

A big thank you to Dr Julie and the nurse team at Adora for making our dream comes true! After many unsuccessful cycles of different clinics ( private and public), we are now holding our healthy 4 months old daughter after the first cycle here at Adora. We had the best care and felt much more support! Highly recommend the clinic to anyone who are struggling with fertility.

Amazing experience at Adora Fertility Melbourne. Our initial appointment was quick and we got started straight away. We are so blessed to have been successful with our first transfer and we have recently given birth to our beautiful baby boy. We are so grateful for the team at Adora.
